The hotel is situated in a convenient location not too far from the underground and the city center. It’s close to a new blue line train station, a less busy and touristy area. the staff at the hotel are helpful, and the breakfast served is decent.

The housekeeping is poor, and the rooms and bathrooms are not cleaned properly. the hotel needs renovation, especially the curtains in the rooms.

Room had a beautiful view. Nice to have pool. Location, an easy walk to all attractions...

Charming and welcoming staff both at the front desk and in the restaurant. The girls at the reception were particularly efficient at troubleshooting.

The hotel offers a very good resturant with pleasant staff. The bus is at your door almost and easy to get around.

We think the shuttle bus could be more regular also during the afternoon. The driver is most unfriendly, the doorman very unfriendly also.

So a lot of things, Check in was very slow. There were no HALAL food in thier breakfast. Need a buss to reach the closest metro station or orchard road. Nothing in the minibar, the refrigerator were empty. Couldn't enjoy shawer because of the water pressure was really bad.

We spent a lovely Easter break in this hotel. The breakfast was delicious with a varied selection of food options to choose from. The location was perfect as it was within walking distance of a beautiful park. We also enjoyed spending time in the pool that was well-maintained and clean.

The Wi-Fi was not reliable and there were some noises coming from nearby rooms that disturbed our sleep at times. However, overall our stay was enjoyable and we would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

I stayed in non-smooking room, but still experience strong cigarette odor. The cover bed was not clean enough, perhaps they did not change it.

Hotel is near to Orchard Road the shopping area of SG...which I love!

No nearby convenient store/ shop...the nearest is Orchard a 10mins drive, good thing the hotel has a shuttle.

The room was clean and spacious enough for my family of four. the beds were comfortable and we slept well. the location was amazing, very close to public transportation with easy access to all the attractions in the city. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which had a good selection of food.

This hotel is within walkable distance to the Orchard road (15 minutes), or you can just take a bus at the nearby bus stop and go everywhere in town.

This hotel says it is a three-stars hotel, but its service and room size and features are closer to a two-stars one. Our room did not even had a window, for instance. The breakfast is also very limited. This was not a bad hotel, but it is too expensive for what it offers.

The bedsheets were very clean. The bathroom was very clean and had bright tan tiles. Wonderful "rain" showerhead fixture - which looked very new. Staff at reception were very nice, warm and efficient.. The only thing was I did not get a room with a window. But that was okay as I was there for only 1 night enroute to Dili. It was a good time to rest. The clientelle of the Metropolitan Y seemed to be professionals and families. I felt quite safe in that hotel.

My bedroom had no windows.Breakfast was not available before 7:15.Breakfast would have been part of the package but the restaurant only openedat 7:15 a.m. and I needed to go to the airport at 6:45 a.m. In cases like this, the hotel should have provisions -- even a toasted bread and coffee would have been fine.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any queries. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of fresh fruit available. The air conditioning in the room worked perfectly, keeping us cool and comfortable throughout our stay. The location was convenient, with the underground station just a short walk away. We also enjoyed the pool, which was clean and well-maintained. we highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

I enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel. The room was small and had no Windows, however it was very clean. You can reach Orchard road by bus or by a Hotel Shuttle Bus which runs 4 or 5 times in the morning

The location was not convenient and far from the mqin attractions. The price is not worth the stay due to the location.
